SHIPPING INFORMATION

As 95% of our sales are fragile we feel Priority (or UPS on heavier
shipments) is the best way to ship our items.

Parcel post is not offered for fragile items.

We will combine shipping on multiple purchases when it will not compromise the integrity of the product.

Both UPS & USPS use the following guidelines -- a shipment weighing 1oz. to 1 lb., whether going Parcel Post, Priority Mail or UPS, is charged at the 1 lb. rate. A shipment weighing 1 lb. 1 oz. We package securely, however we have no control of how UPS or the post office handle our packages. Should a problem arise please email us with your concerns. Any claims must include a picture of the item so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
