    In order to best protect your order, there is a small handling fee applied once per entire order to the above rates. Our shipping and handling rates cover the cost of packaging and materials, delivery confirmation(in the USA and some Intl orders), insurance and the actual cost of postage.

    • All other countries: $2.00 per order.

    We cannot issue refunds on any brand new items which have been opened, only replacements.

    For Used Items

    For used items, we have tested and restored all items to as close to 'like new' condition as possible. All video games and accessories are also guaranteed for 45 days against any defects, and systems are guaranteed for 90-days to be free of any defects. We will provide a replacement free of charge should any item turn out to be defective. On used items we will only provide a refund if a replacement is not available.

    Please note the return policy does not apply to any items which are sold "as-is" or "untested" if stated as such in the item description.
