Payments

Payment can also be accepted via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Buyer is expected to contact seller within 3 days of auction close with method of payment. Payment expected within 10 days or item will be re-listed and seller will file Non-Paying Bidder Alert with eBay.
At PremierAppliance1 we take pride in our email communication with our customers. We will communicate with you each step of the way via your eBay registered email address, beginning with your questions, winning bidder notification, payment instructions and order update.
Please be sure to set up any blocking software you have installed to accept messages from our PremierOrders1@aol.com address so that we may communicate effectively about your questions or order updates.
We answer every email, please check your SPAM or Bulk Mail folders for our messages if you do not see an email from us shortly after your question or the close of the auction. We make every attempt to answer your question within 24-48 hours.

Shipping
We ship UPS ground, for faster shipping, you must call to place your order.
If your order was placed within the past 3-5 business days, please allow time to process your order, we are closed weekends. Orders placed after regular business hours Monday-Friday are not received and will not begin processing until the next business day.
UPS automatically sends the tracking number to you directly from the email address auto-notify@ups.com. The email has UPS Ship Notification and your tracking number in the subject line. That email is sent to the email address used when placing your order, please be sure to check the correct address, also be sure to check your bulk folder, that email can be easily overlooked.
Please be aware it may take up to 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. The UPS tracking number will become active at some time during that period.

Sorry, we do not ship internationally (except Canada) or to APO and PO Boxes. Please note that we do not ship outside the contiguous United States (No shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc). Tennessee residents will be charged state sales tax.
Shipping to Canada
Unless otherwise stated, our Canadian customers will only be charged a shipping rate of $30 per parcel, but there are Canadian taxes or surcharges that may apply to your purchase. If you want us to ship it USPS, please state that request in the “Special Instructions” during the Checkout process.
You may receive a confirmation from UPS while we are processing your order, please disregard any email stating your order is shipping UPS if you request USPS.
If your order is shipping outside the USA, please do not purchase unless you are willing to pay any extra tax or surcharge.
We do not collect or receive any of the money and there is no way for us to know how much you will be charged, it is totally beyond our control. Please note, we cannot pay or be responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may be charged for delivery outside the US.
Unfortunately, our Canadian customers do not qualify for free shipping promotions.

Returns
At PremierAppliance1 we want to make purchasing online as easy and comfortable as possible. On rare occasions and despite our best efforts, an item might turn out to be defective. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, we will do whatever it takes to help you achieve 100% satisfaction.
The first step is to email us to request a Return Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, shipping address, model number, order number and how you paid for the item. We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or process a refund if your item was purchased within 30 days. Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. Please ship the item to us prepaid and then email us the tracking number at PremierOrders1@aol.com.
Please make sure all original paperwork, box, warranties and accessories are intact and with the unit so we can issue a refund (excluding any shipping costs). The only items that have a restocking fee are items that are not shipped by our warehouse, the restocking fee will be clearly marked on each listing.
Please make sure to write your RA number clearly on the box. Refunds are issued an average of 7-10 business days after the checking in of your returned product. After we issue the refund, it is up to your bank to post the credit on your account in a timely manner, PayPal credits take 24 hours or less in most cases.
