What payment methods do you accept?

• U.S. Customers: We accept Paypal, Visa/Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• International Customers: We accept Paypal, Visa/Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• Payment is expected within 10 days of auction close.

Will I have to pay customs fees? (International shipments only)

• The customer is responsible for any duty or customs fees that may be charged by their country.
• The amount declared on the customs form is the purchase price of the item(s) minus shipping.
• We DO NOT mark the shipment as a gift or lower the dollar amount that is declared.

When will my items ship?

• Orders ship within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared. We ship Monday through Friday.
  • Exception: Pre-Order items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the release date specified in the auction listing.
• You will receive an email notification once your package has been shipped.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

• United States orders:
  • First class mail:  3 to 7 days
  • Priority mail:  2 to 4 days
• International orders:  7 to 21 days
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs delays and other conditions beyond our control.

Do you offer other faster shipping options?

• We offer UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and USPS Express Mail. Please contact us for rates.

Do you offer Combined Shipping?

• All Single and 2-Disc DVDs are eligible for combined shipping.
• The additional shipping charge is $1.99 per item.
• Box Sets are not available for combined shipping.

Are the DVD movies you sell authentic?

• The movies we sell are DVD, HD-DVD, or Blu-Ray movies, as distributed by the movie studios, in the movie studio's original packaging. We do not sell pirated or illegally-copied discs.

What region are your DVDs? Will they play in my player?

• We sell Region One DVDs. These DVDs are meant for playback in North American/Region One players.
• If you live outside of the United States or Canada, your DVD player must be a Region One or "Multi-Region" DVD player.

Will I receive feedback?

• Feedback will be left once you are satisfied with the transaction and have left feedback for us.
