In our auctions, we do accept PayPal only. Immediate Payment may be required.

Payments are due within 4 days of the end of auction date. If payment is not received, an Unpaid item case will be opened, if not paid by the 9th day, the item will be relisted, and we will report an unpaid item claim. Once this unpaid item claim has closed, we are no longer able to accept payment.

We do not cancel transactions for any reason. Please be sure to read the entire description and understand what you are bidding on prior to placing a bid or buy the item available.

Washington State residents must add 9.5% sales tax to the auction total.

At Quick Ship Electronics we strive to provide a positive experience on eBay for you. If you encounter any issues, please email us through the "Contact a seller" button through eBay. Our typical hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 10am to 5pm pacific standard time. If you do not receive an reply over the weekend, we are not ignoring you, please do not be discouraged, we will gladly respond to you the following business day.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items due to buyers remorse.

This item comes with a 60-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Our warranty expires 60 days from the date of delivery.

We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires. Our Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or excessive damage.

Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

PayPal payments received by 12:00pm PST on business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.

To bid in our auctions, or purchase an item buy it now, we do require you to have a paypal account.

We only ship to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship FedEx packages to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.

Please do not bid if you live in any of these locations as your payment will be refunded and the auction will be canceled.

We do not offer local pick-up.

Items above $250 do require a signature at delivery

All packages that are returned to us by FedEx as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.

Please refer to the shipping chart below as the item will typically fall under this schedule. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.
