• After purchasing, please use the Pay Now button and follow the prompts to pay using eBay's checkout system. You will also be sent a Payment Instruction message with a link to pay, however you need not wait for this message.
• Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close or Buy It Now purchase date.

• Multiple Purchases - We do combine shipping (see shipping section below for rate explanation). To receive our discount when purchasing more than 1 item, you must pay for them with only 1 payment. Discount can not be given for items paid for separately. You will have the option of combining your purchases and the discount will be automatically applied as you go through eBay's checkout. It is not necessary to wait for or request a combined invoice/total.

• Buyer to pay shipping and handling price as shown in eBay's Shipping & Payment detail section. We ship to US & Canada only.
• Shipping/Handling charge INCLUDES INSURANCE and a small handling fee to cover the cost of mailers, labels and other essential shipping expenses.
• Item will be shipped to the shipping address you provide during checkout. If you wish to ship to a different address you must contact us by email within 10 minutes of making your payment.
• Items are normally shipped the same or next business day after receiving cleared payment (normally M-F except holidays). If paying by PayPal eCheck, we will ship as soon as funds clear the account.
• COMBINED SHIPPING/HANDLING INFO - We will combine and discount shipping for multiple purchases. Depending on the items you are interested in, We generally reduce S/H on the 2nd, 3rd, etc. items by $1.50 or more. The item with the highest S/H charge is considered the 1st purchase. If you would like the reduced shipping/handling charges when purchasing more than 1 item, you must pay for them with only 1 payment. Discount can not be given for items paid for separately. • US Addresses - Our Standard Flat Rate Shipping is normally by USPS Parcel Post (or 1st Class mail if possible). We may also use UPS for larger items at our discretion. We also offer a USPS Priority Mail option.
• Canada - We offer USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. If you would like to be able to track the shipment, you will need to select Priority Mail International. Please keep in mind that USPS First Class Mail can take several weeks to arrive. Please include your phone# with payment as it may be needed for the customs label. Please do not ask us to mark items as a 'Gift' or otherwise be untruthful on customs forms. International buyers please review the info below about customs, import duties, taxes.
• Packaging - Some clothing items may have their display hangars removed and discarded for ease of shipping. On rare occasions we may remove an item from it's original box/package, flatten the box/package and ship them both together in a new box/envelope (also for ease of shipping or to improve packaging).

• If defective upon receipt, please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt for refund or replacement arrangements. If defective after use, please contact the manufacturer.
• If the item does not fit (please measure your dog before purchasing), you may return it and we will refund the purchase price (shipping & handling is not refundable). The item must be returned in original/new condition with all product tags/packaging intact within 14 days of receipt for a refund. It is not necessary to email prior to returning an item due to fit. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
• Sorry, we can not exchange for larger or smaller sizes due to inventory control limitations. REFUNDS only / No Exchanges!
• We can not refund or replace items that have been chewed up or destroyed by the pet. Please supervise your dog while using this product until you are confident it can be used safely without supervision. This applies to all items to include harnesses, clothing, toys, collars, bags, dishes, carriers, etc. Some manufacturers do have a chew policy, so you may contact them for resolution.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
