  The AD-AU500 is capable of receiving both ATSC and NTSC format. Supporting the high-definition quality, AD-AU500 can record the high quality video/image files onto your PC and gives you the liberty to come back and enjoy them later
  

• Full support of HDTV up to 1080i
  The AD-AU500 is designed to output high definition image resolution up to 1080i. After installing the device and scan for source of signal, the user should adjust the display resolution on the PC to match the best possible HDTV resolution on your display device - preferably 1080i or 1920x1080.
  

• Wake Up Scheduled Recording
  This feature automatically awakes your PC from standby or hibernate mode to get ready for scheduled recordings. Such function is most convenient when user is away from the PC yet knowing your favorite shows are been recorded automatically. Once the recording is done the PC will return to either Standby/Hibernate/ Turn-off mode directly.
  

• Analog AV Capture Function

Shipping charge includes the shipping cost, warehouse/handling fees and the boxes/envelopes/cushion/tapes/etc... used to package your order so that it will arrive to you safely. We will NEVER ship your order by sticking a stamp or shipping label on the item's packaging. It will always come in the form of bubble enevelop or box with cushion inside.

U.S. Domestic

Domestic Packages are usually shipped via USPS or UPS from our warehouse in California, U.S.A.

Delivery time varies between 1-5 business days or longer depending on the shipping area (i.e Hawaii, Alaska, APO).

All U.S domestic packages will be trackable and the tracking number will be emailed to the buyer or can be retreived at our CECompass website

International

International Package are usually shipped via USPS First Class or Express Mail depending on the item ordered.

International delivery usually takes between 4-8 days for delivery, in some rare cases, it could take up to 8-15 business days.

All international packages will have a custom number or tracking number which will be emailed to the buyer or can be retrieved at our CECompass website

Return Policy

If item arrives non-functional or defective, you must contact us within 3 days for an excahnge and we will send you a BRAND NEW replacement.

Buyer must contact seller for RMA authorization before returning an item.

Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive the exchange.

The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization.

Warranty Policy

If item becomes defective within the warranty period listed in the auction, please contact us.

Buyer will be responsible for shipping of the defective unit back and forth. We will replace it with a brand new replacement.

Shipping and handling is not refundable.
