UPS
Ground Shipping Terms:
We will make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days of
cleared payment. All UPS Domestic Ground shipments include insurance up
to the full amount of your winning bid(s) at no additional charge to
you. Orders sent via UPS Ground will automatically generate an email
upon shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated
delivery. If you don't receive it please check your junk folder. An
email will not be sent until the item actually ships.
For AK, HI, US Territories and APOs: Shipment will be made via USPS
Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated in the auction. These shipments
include delivery confirmation only - insurance is available. Orders
sent via Priority Mail will automatically generate an email upon
shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery.
Please allow 2-3 business days to arrive from the date of shipping,
unless other wise stated. |

| Combined Shipping

We will gladly combine shipping of items. The discount will depend on
what the items are and the item to be discounted is always the lesser
of the two. Any combined shipping will have to be paid for on the
same payment. We can't combine shipping for items that have been paid
for separately. Combined shipping works by taking the highest single
shipping value then adding each additional shipping value.

Procedures
 PayPal: We are a Paypal Preferred Retailer. Our Paypal
ID is axntwn@aol.com.
If you are paying with a Instant payment the item should ship within 2
business days.
Please Note: If you are using a checking account as your default
payment account within Paypal, Paypal will process your payment as an
e-check (an electronic personal check). E-checks require a minimum of
3-5 business days from the date of payment for Paypal to complete the
transaction and deposit the funds into our account. Orders will ship
only after payment has cleared.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express.
Please Note: The Billing Address is the address at which you receive
your credit card statement. Please makes sure you enter your Billing
Address exactly as it appears on your statement. Your card cannot be
verified and will be declined if you use a Billing Address other than
the address on file with your credit card company. This will delay the
shipping of your order.

Return Policy
:
Firstcall Paintball wants you be happy with your purchase. All of our
products are brand new from the factory in factory packaging(unless
otherwise stated). We will gladly exchange a defective or damaged
item, as long as it is in new, unused condition and still in factory
packaging. All exchanges require an approval. Please email returns@firstcallpaintball.com
or call 888-429-1913 to receive proper instructions and a RA#(return
authorization #). We will not accept any package that doesn't have a
RA# on the outside of the box. All of our markers come with at least a
30 day parts and labor warranty. Most of our markers come with a one
year parts and labor warranty - please contact the manufacturer for
warranty repair or replacement.
