Item is an Open Box Return in Excellent condition. This is Apple's NEWEST MODEL of iPod Touch with 10-11 months of warranty left. It is fully functional and in great cosmetic condition. The SCREEN is in GREAT condition: there is a slight chance that the screen has very minor marks. However, 99% of the time, the screen is free of scratches. The back CASING has some visible scratches but the overall quality is still great. We have included a silicon case for you so these scratches should not be a problem (See details here) Please note that we will ship the item in a white, non-retail box

RETURN POLICY

We stand proudly behind the products we sell. For that reason, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date that you receive the item. If the item is defective, DOA, or does not match the description, depends on the case, we will either grant a full refund (including shipping charges that you paid) or exchange for another item. We will assume all the costs of the exchange.

For return items that do not originate from our mistakes, we will not cover the shipping cost back to us.

Here are some additional restrictions to our return policy:

- Brand New items with price over $150 will be charged a restocking fee of 15% if opened. This is to cover the cost that we have to incur when selling as a used item.
- We do not accept return of used games, movies, and software CD/DVD
