Insurance

Insurance is a small charge you can add when you checkout. Although it is optional, it is also strongly recommended, because it is the ONLY way to protect yourself from items being "lost" or damaged in transit. MBFO records sent items by date using an internal manifest, but no subsequent tracking of any item is available, unless an insurance barcode is used.

What does insurance cover?

• Point-to-point tracking of your order
• POD (proof of delivery -- signature may be required)
• Insurance against loss/damage

You'll find us very helpful, and enquiries regarding insured deliveries will be responded to in a timely and appropriate manner. Please make certain you are insured though, otherwise we'll have no data to chase up, in the odd event of anything going wrong with your delivery.
