Special care instruction 

• This knife should not be used for ANY kind of twisting or prizing. Do not use on frozen foods. DO NOT force. It must be remembered that Zirconium Ceramic has no flexibility therefore extra special care must be taken. This knife is for slicing only. For further information on care and use please keep reading.
• Ceramic knife is knee cutting instrument but it is not ready for chopping or cutting hard items such as bones, staples, or frozen products and not to be used for whittling. Please do not use ceramic knife to cut against ceramic, porcelain, glass or similar hard materials. 
• Avoid dropping the knife on hard surfaces. Use wooden or plastic cutting pads.
• Let the kids full aware of its ultra sharpness. Do not take it as a toy.
• If cleaned in a dishwasher please make sure that it is placed in such a way that its edge can not contact other hard objects.
• Please exercise special caution when using ceramic knives due to their extreme hardness and sharpness, which are why they do not need to be sharpened as often as a steel blade.
• Do not drop the knife on hard surface.

Why my ceramic knives?

• My ceramic knife is made in China by a highly experienced Chinese manufacturer. It has 16 years of manufacturing experience in Zirconia products, 5 years of OEM experiences for Japanese top-brand knife manufacturer, and 10 years in manufacturing ceramic knives.
• The raw material is imported to China, and quality control is embedded in overall processes to ensure uniformity of the strength and sharpness of the ceramic blades.
• My ceramic knives have wider blade. For a 6” knife, the blade width is 39-41mm, while 33-38mm blade width is seen in most samples from other manufacturers. The wider the blade width is the more stable and more efficient in usage and also more costly!
• The EVA gift pack packaging also makes this knife great gift for chefs, mums, and friends who love cooking to death.

Payment

Payment made within 5 days after purchase would be highly appreciated.

For domestic buyers within Australia, payment can be made through PayPal, direct deposit, money order, and personal cheque.

For international buyers, PayPal payment is preferred.

Shipment:

Shipment is usually arranged within 2 working days after receipt of payment.

For Australia domestic shipment, FASTWAY courier or Australia Post Express Services are normal methods.  It usually takes 1 – 3 working days for the item to get to the destination after the item is sent out.

For international shipment, Australia Post Air Mail is the normal method. It usually takes 3 - 10 working days for the item to get to the destination after the item is sent out.   

Postage:

Flat postages are applied for both domestic and international buyers, i.e.:

For Australian domestic buyers, postage is AUD8.00 for the first item and AUD3.50 for each additional item.

For international buyers, postage is AUD21.00 for the first item and AUD7.50 for each additional item.

Insurance:

Insurance AUD3.00 extra is optional for Australia domestic shipments.

Insurance AUD5.00 extra is optional for international shipments outside Australia.

Returns and liability:

Please read instruction carefully before handling ceramic knives. Factory defects will be replaced or unconditionally refunded less shipping costs. The products sold by WISEMENSJIE are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for sixty (60) days after its original purchase date. In the event such a defect occurs, WISEMENSJIE will replace the defective products free of charge. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover the damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use of or accidental damage to the product (such as small chips or broken tips, however, these can often be repaired by resharpening). If you need to sharpen the knife, bring it to a qualified knife shop that has a powered diamond-sharpening wheel. The warranty above sets forth the full extent of WISEMENSJIE's responsibilities regarding the products covered by this warranty. Repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at WISEMENSJIE's option, is the exclusive remedy. WISEMENSJIE makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the knife relating to its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event, shall WISEMENSJIE be liable for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits or saving, or other indirect, consequential or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use such product, to the full extent such may be disclaimed by law. In no event will WISEMENSJIE's liability exceed the original purchase price of the knife.
