• DOA: Unless otherwise stated, all our items are guaranteed against DOA (dead on arrival) for a period of five (5) days from the date you receive your item. If the item is found to be defective you must let us know within five (5) days and we will replace the item. If a direct replacement is not available, we will replace the item with an equivalent or better model or issue a refund. If a refund is issued, the refund will consist of the initial purchase price and the initial shipping and handling costs. If we replace the item, we will pay for the shipping costs incurred to send the item back to you, you are responsible only for the shipping costs incurred to send the original item back to us.

• Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the listing, we offer a thirty (30) day warranty against manufacturer’s defects. This is our warranty to the buyer and not a manufacturer’s warranty.  You may use this warranty if a problem arises after the 5 day DOA period has expired. The buyer will be responsible for shipping expenses both ways.

• Manufacturer’s Warranty: Before or after our thirty day warranty expires, the buyer may choose to deal with the manufacturer for any defects, providing the original manufacturer’s warranty is still in effect.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's/FPO's unless they are your confirmed PayPal address..

All the items we list are in stock, we do not use dropshippers or rely on third parties to provide us our items once sold. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, any purchases before noon on those days will ship out the same day. We will get your item in the shipper's hands as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately winning an item also requires paying for it, here is how we go about it:

• We cannot accept credit cards directly, only through PayPal.
• We ONLY accept PayPal payments from bidders with CONFIRMED shipping addresses in the USA, and Canada.
• We will ONLY ship to the shipping address that PayPal identified as the CONFIRMED Address on the payment “Transaction Details” page. To help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft, NO exceptions will be made. In the unfortunate event that you find yourself in a situation where you must return something to us, don't worry we will try to make this as simple as possible.

• Email us to receive return instructions and an RMA. This way we know to expect your item and what to do with it. Items without an RMA may be refused because we cannot accept items we don`t know what to do with.
• Please return the item in the same condition you received it, all content such as original boxes, sub boxes, hardware, manuals, etc. must be included.
• Please make sure that the item is properly packed, prepared and insured (because if the item never arrives, it is the shippers responsibility - their rules not ours).

My name is June and I am trying to expand my business to EBay. We are a family run business with over 40 years of combined experience in the computer and electronics market. We will be listing various products for sale in the coming weeks so we can see how this system works. We are new to this market and hope to one day expand and offer our entire inventory online.

What does this mean to you? For one thing, customer service. We know feedback is important, so we will try to make every experience with us as pleasant as possible, from offering the right products at the right price, to making sure you receive exactly what you paid for as fast as possible.

We will be selling mainly refurbished items. Why refurbished ? I just like refurbished stuff. My house is full of refurbished items. If you choose your item properly, it will be 100% identical to the "brand new" item, it will have gone through a stricter policy of quality control (refurbished items go through more testing then new items), and you can save anywhere from 20% to 50% off the original price.

We will only select quality products to list. Every product will be checked by us before we ship it out to guarantee that it is working properly when it leaves our premises. If any problems do arise, we will be here to resolve them to everyone's satisfaction.
