After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping information email containing the trucking company name, website, and the order’s tracking number.  When the order arrives at your local terminal, the carrier will call you to make an appointment for the delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be available at the appointed time and date to receive the package and sign for the delivery.  Any and all redelivery charges incurred will be billed to the customer.



In most cases, freight deliveries will arrive in a full-size 18-wheel trailer truck.  When an order is placed, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us if the delivery location has potential limited access issues.  In the event that the truck cannot reach your location or cannot turn around in your area, or if for any other access-related reason delivery is attempted and cannot be completed, any and all redelivery charges will be billed to the customer.



At the time of delivery, it is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product for potential damage caused during transit.  We recommend opening the packaging and taking off any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product before the driver leaves.  Any and all damage must be noted in detail on the delivery receipt and signed by the driver.  The customer accepts sole responsibility for damages that are not noted on the delivery receipt.  If damage did occur during transit, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.  After that time, the customer accepts all responsibility for the damages and will not hold us liable.
