Streetstereo provides prompt shipping within 24 hours after the order has been placed. We use UPS Ground service only. Any orders associated with P.O Boxes and Military address will be quoted separately. International customers are welcomed but for insurance purposes please do provide us with a valid phone number. Duties and taxes are varies by country and Streetstereo has no authority in adjusting the commercial invoice price based on the value of products purchased. Streetstereo will provide the estimated taxes and duties based on the UPS list. International Buyers are welcomed to call toll free number 1-800-851-3336 to inquire the estimated duties and taxes as well.

All orders placed on Streetstereo will be packaged professionally within 24 hours and delivered timely. Streetstereo will provide tracking numbers for both UPS Ground shipping and International Economy Service to buyer's primary PayPal email address. Streetstereo provides 1 year warranty on NEW products purchased on our eBay website. No cost will incur to the buyers during the one-year warranty period and any repair and exchange made will be processed at the shortest time possible. Streetstereo however will not be held responsible or perform the one-year warranty if the following conditions were found at the defective unit:

Damages caused by improper installation, even if it was installed by professional installation services;
Products returned were not in factory packaging (original/ manufacturer boxes)
Products were physically abused and subsequent damages are found on the product returned
Products were previously repaired or modified
Products were not purchased from Streetstereo (specific label are missing);
Products do not have valid receipts or eBay transaction ID.

RA (Return Authorization) code is required to process warranty. Please contact us to obtain the RA code prior to sending back the defective units. Streetstereo takes our eBay business very seriously and would like to provide the best service to our customers regarding issues on any repair or exchange on the defective units. Please put all the original materials (manuals, packing slip, boxes, etc.) back to the boxes and we encourage putting Styrofoam before shipping it back to Streetstereo. Streetstereo is a valid Square trade member. Please do take this opportunity to purchase any extended warranty services for the products purchased on our eBay website.

All products sold on eBay MUST be returned within 14 days in order to receive a full refund minus 15 % restocking fee. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
