Payment

We accept payment only through PayPal, account pcampbellkelly@hotmail.co.uk. PayPal will accept your credit card payments into our account.


Please make your payment promptly, since we only ship on receipt of funds cleared through PayPal and we want you to have your purchase with you as possible.


Any item not paid for within seven days will be relisted.

Shipping and Handling

Our Shipping charges include Shipping, Packaging and Handling costs. If you purchase multiple items from us on the same day then please email us at service@laneendsassociates.com and we will combine or reduce shipping charges

Our shipping policy is:

  • We ship all items within 3 business days of receipt of payment, often faster.
  • We ship all items via UPS Ground Services, who deliver within 1 to 6 days after despatch.

You will therefore receive your order within 10 days of payment or sooner.

Returns

We take pride in the quality of our listings and make every effort that everything we sell is represented accurately with both our written description and pictures. We know you will be MORE than satisfied with your purchase!

If we have failed to achieve this for you for any reason, then we aim to resolve any issues with you as rapidly as possible, within the terms of our return policy, which is:

  • If you have a complaint about the product condition or description, then you must apply to us within 14 days of receipt by email at service@laneendsassociates.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns, or packages will not be accepted for return.
  • Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.
  • The return must then be posted back to our Los Angeles warehouse within 21 days from date of receipt.
  • Products requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
  • Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact our Customer Service department for details at service@laneendsassociates.com.
