        The first thing you would do is contact Dyson and locate the warranty service center near you.

2. Where do you get your Dysons?

We buy them direct from the factory because we are Authorized. There are no middle men or 3rd parties involved.

3. Are you an Authorized Dealer?

         Yes we are. We are also a Dyson Warranty Center.  

4. Is it a Brand New model or Refurbished?

This is a brand new Dyson from the factory.  It comes with a 5 year factory warranty.
