We ship via USPS and UPS. We strive hard to ship your item within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

We offer combined shipping. Your savings will vary by the weight of the items you are purchasing.

We have worked hard to negotiate rates with our carriers to provide you with the lowest rates possible. We are sensitive to the issue of shipping costs. When we purchase inventory we take into account shipping to ensure that the total cost with shipping is still a great value.

Insurance is included on all UPS shipments, but is NOT included on USPS shipments.

Your satisfaciton is our priority. We do accept returns. We will exchange size/color when possible. We are a liquidator and frequently do not have a full selection of sizes and/or colors.

The item must be returned to us in new condition, we must be able to resell it as new. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of product for return instructions. Refunds will be given via your original payment method.

Shipping is not refundable.

Many of the items we sell come with a manufacturer warranty. When there is a manufacturer warranty we try to include that information in the listing.

We will warranty bicycle frames without manufacturer warranty for 30 days. This covers failure from normal use. Putting cyclo-cross tires on a track bike and catching big air is not normal use.

Some items are sold "as is no return", that will be clearly stated in the listing. We will not warranty those items.
