Antique book published 1889. The Universal Medical Sciences--"a yearly report of the progress of the general sanitary sciences", edited by Charles E. Sajous, MD. This fascinating book contains topics on diseases of the skin--with drawings, opthalmology, ear, nose, pharynx, tonsils, thyroid, urinalysis and blood and spleen.  The book is in poor condition wih a very worn cover, separation in some places from the binder and some water damage on the edges of some of the pages BUT  the pages are actually in pretty good shape, with no rips/tears.  Fascinating drawings!!!!
