How does iSold It help sellers?iSold It makes selling on eBay as easy as can be. We do all the work. The seller simply gets the check when an item sells.
From start to finish, we do the work:
1. Provide friendly and fast market research on your item(s)
2. Professionally photograph each item selected for sale
3. Design a listing with descriptive and enticing copy points
4. Select a merchandising and sale strategy for your item(s)
5. Select one or more of the 20,000 eBay categories
6. Post the item for sale on eBay
7. Answer all email and telephone inquiries about your item(s) from potential buyers
8. Process payment from the winning bidder
9. Pack and ship the item to the buyer
10. Handle any and all follow-up sale inquiries or issues
What will my shipping and handling fees be?
To find shipping and handling costs for this item, scroll down on the auction page and click on the Calculate Shipping box . Type in your zip code, and you will see your shipping and handling fees. We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determine at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
We can only accept PayPal and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa) and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.
Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.
What does "Powered on but not tested" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.
What does "Sold As Is" mean?
We make every effort to fully test items we sell. However, since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
What is an ISI#?
iSold It runs thousands of auctions every day. The ISI# is a unique number we assign to our auctions to track them in our internal systems. Please refer to the ISI# whenever possible when contacting us for customer assistance.
I purchased multiple items. Can you combine my shipping?
We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determine at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.
I have not received an invoice for the item.
After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay.
You may also check out through your "my eBay" within your own account.
Another option for paying for the item is logging into this completed auction as the winner. Links will appear at the top of the auction for this purpose.
