Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the dimensions AND shipped weight of the item. Items are prepared for shipment in our store and include quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are included and designed to cover these costs. We reserve the right to substitute between FedEx/UPS/USPS shipping of comperable service level.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
We ship generally ship via FEDEX or USPS unless otherwise stated in the description section of this listing. We do reserve the right to utilize an alternative shipping method if your item will not be covered under the carrier's declared value terms & conditions.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will usually ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping: We will ship Internationally. Please contact us through eBay for a shipping quote. Please Note: Our checkout site does not accomodate International addresses - please email us the item number, your Paypal email address and your shipping address - we will then send you a money request directly to your Paypal account.

Combined Shipping: We will combine shipping when possible. Please note: Buyer must email us at service.mn062@i-soldit.com to arrange for the combined shipping discount PRIOR to paying through our checkout site.



LOCAL PICK UP: Please call us at 952-997-6850 or contact us at service.mn062@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our Lakeville, MN 55044 store location. Items should be paid for prior to picking up (if you purchased a large item (e.g. Furniture, appliances, etc.), please call us first to verify the pick-up location of the item). We request a courtesy call in advance so that we may have your item ready for you.

Store Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday - Thursday); 9 am to 4 pm (Fridays); 9am to 3pm (Saturdays)

An item that is purchased as a local pick up must be picked up within 7 business days of the end of the auction. If it is not picked up, a storage fee of $10.00 per day, per item will be charged unless prior arangement with the staff of iSold It - Lakeville have been made.

If the item(s) is not picked up within 30 days, we will create a seller account for you and the item will be resold on eBay. The funds of that new sale will be applied to the storage fees incurred and the remaining balance from the sale (if any) will be mailed to you in the form of a check.

All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a minimum $5.00 handling fee..

RETURN POLICY:
PLEASE BE AWARE PRIOR TO BIDDING, THAT ALL OF OUR AUCTIONS ARE SOLD "AS-IS" AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was grossly not as described and/or photographed in the auction. All information contained in this listing is considered reliable.

Buyer must contact us at 952-997-6850 or contact us at service.mn062@i-soldit.com to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/declared value charges. Original shipping & handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We security mark all items before shipping. Prior to refunding payments, we must verify security markings and compare pre-auction photos of the item.
