Item(s) will be shipped to you from Hong Kong via HongKong Post International Air Mail, reach most of the countries within 7 to 14 business days.
We are not responsible for the package loss in the mail if you do not pay for the insurance; wrong or undeliverable address. You are highly recommended to buy insurance for registered airmail to secure your item.
When delivery is delayed or items are damaged during delivery, please email us. We are here to help.
Payment
We only accept PAYPAL
Payment should be sent within 7 (Seven) days of auction closing. We do not tolerate non-paying bidders. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days you will be reported to ebay for suspension.
We only ship to Paypal confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is updated.
To expedite your order processing please include your ebay item number and buyer ID in all forms of payment
Return and Refund
If you need to return, you should contact our customer service representative first and check the problem, then get a unique address for return.
You can return item to us within 7 days, provided the item is new and unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds given only if item DOA and cannot be replaced. If so, pls reported within 5 days and return to us within 14 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund. All refunds will be made based on bid price only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee.
