Shipping Policy

Insurance costs US$ 2.00 per item. It is highly recommended for international orders. Any damage or lost case during shipment is responsibility of the postal insurance. If you do not select insurance and the item is damaged or lose on passage, we will not be able to send a replacement.

Combine shipping discount is available for individual item (s), please check the S&H charges table on each auction item pages. For combine shipping discount, we charge the highest "first item shipping charge" in full for the first item plus
"additional item shipping charge" for each additional item.

Return Policy

*If the product you received is DOA (Dead On Arrival / Not Working Properly), please email us within 6 days. It takes up to 7 business days to process your return after receiving of your defective good. Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping to Hong Kong.
