PAYMENTS - All payments must be received within 5days of auction finishing. If your payment is not received and cleared into my account an *unpaid dispute will be opened* and negative feedback will be left. Do not dispute this after the auction finishes and leave me negative feedback as I have advised you before you decide to bid.
POSTAGE - Do not dispute the postage and handling charges after the auction finishes..if u are not happy with the charges then dont bid..
I am always happy for you to collect your item, and if u purchase more then one item I will combine on postage...please let me know if you are bidding on more then one item and I will combine and post together. I post within 2-3 days of payment being received and cleared...I pride myself on getting your item to you as quick as I can...
RETURNS - I offer a return policy on items - with the following conditions -
I will only accept returns if the item is faulty and has not been metioned in advert or there is a honest reason for returning your item.
All items MUST be returned within 3days of receiving, buyer to pay for postage on return of goods, please dont email me 5 days later and ask for a return or your money back as the answer will be no..
I will not accept returns after 3days, because you changed your mind, or the colour doesnt suit to you.
