Refunds are given only if an item was grossly misrepresented. At my discretion, I will refund you via paypal only, the amount you paid, less the shipping and handling, only after the item is received back in the same condition it was when it left my hands.
When paying for your item, I highly recommend insurance, as packages do get lost at the post office.
