Description:
This is a 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" round scalloped metalware plaque. The background is painted in acrylic country blue. Edging is dabbed with acrylic ivory. The painting is done in oils. There is glitter on the green scarf and the cardinal. Splattered with white oil paint for the look of snow. The tea stained ribbon is the hanger. Sealed with Deft Clear Wood Finish.
