Days (beginning on the date of reception), you may return for a refund. 20%
re-stocking fee will be applied
unless the item is significantly not as described.
Shipping charges are non refundable, and must be paid by the buyer. Returned
item must be received in original condition with all parts included.

Are these tv's new, used or refurbished?
Answer:
This TV is in
almost new condition w/ little to no signs of use. These were originally returned to a
major retailer, tested, cleaned and are in perfect operating condition. For only

Can you ship to another address?
Answer:
We do not ship to "gift addresses." We will only ship to
your PayPal address on file. Please do not provide alternative addresses in the
PayPal transaction, we won't ship to it. If you send us an email or
message through eBay at anytime regarding an address change, most likely your
item/s will have already been shipped. All completed transactions via PayPal are
automatically imported into our software system, that is how we receive your
confirmed address. Unfortunately we have no control over what address PayPal
gives us. Before bidding, please make sure your address is up to date.
