This auction is for a mid century modern curved brass basket with beautiful teak wood handles and the vintage ball feet. From either the 50's or very early 60's.  Handle to handle it measures16 1/2 inches and is 4 inches high.  Very sleek and modern. You used to see these on all of the old TV shows on the counters.  Usually used as a fruit basket, but anything actually could be put in it.  It would also be great in the bath with washcloths, hand towels, soaps and toiletries or just a great catch-all for anywhere.  In excellent condition with no bends, dents or damage.  Could use a little cleaning or polishing if you like, as I like to leave that up to the winning bidders. Weighs a little over one pound.  I have not seen one of these since I was a kid-it is just great!!!  Please email any questions.  Thanks for looking and happy bidding!!!!
